At St Mary’s we use three online systems to keep you informed.

Arbor

Arbor is an important tool that our school uses to enhance communication and keep you informed about school events and activities.

Arbor is our school’s management system, and its primary purpose is to streamline all aspects of  school life. It helps parents and guardians stay directly in touch with the school office, attendance and any communications from the school.

With Arbor you can check attendance records, book onto clubs, pay for trips and give consent. It allows you to keep contact details and addresses up-to-date and receive important notices from the school, ensuring that you are well-informed every step of the way.

This user-friendly platform is designed to make your involvement in your child’s education easier and more effective.

Once your child is registered on the Arbor by the school office, you will receive an email with a link to log in. Further details on how t use Arbor can be found on the Arbor help page.

School Grid

Our lunches are provided by Dolce who use the School Grid system for ordering and paying for school lunches.

You will be sent an email from no-reply@schoolgrid.co.uk . Follow the link to register for your child’s school lunch account.

This is a web based system for you to pre-order and pay for your child’s meals.

School Grid – 01506 300310 – for any issues using the system or making payment.

Dolce – 01942 707709 – for any issues with the menus, food or late orders.

Medical Tracker

We are using Medical Tracker in school to log and report any minor injuries, accident or incidents. It is also used to log if medication has been taken during the day.

Parent’s are notified via an email if anything has been logged onto the system.

If your child has any health issues please complete a Health Care Plan. This will then be placed on the system for you to confirm.
