At St Mary’s we use three online systems to keep you informed.
This system is our main communication system. It is app based and you will receive updates and essential information. You will also be able to go on and update your childs personal details and book onto and pay for any trips or after school clubs.
As this system is app based , you will need to download the app from your app store.
Download the app and register with your email address and phone numbers. These must match what we hold on file for your child. Once these have been confirmed you will be sent a pin to verify your account.
Our lunches are provided by Dolce who use the School Grid system for ordering and paying for school lunches.
You will be sent an email from no-reply@schoolgrid.co.uk . Follow the link to register for your child’s school lunch account.
This is a web based system for you to pre-order and pay for your child’s meals.
School Grid – 01506 300310 – for any issues using the system or making payment.
Dolce – 01942 707709 – for any issues with the menus, food or late orders.
We are using Medical Tracker in school to log and report any minor injuries, accident or incidents. It is also used to log if medication has been taken during the day.
Parent’s are notified via an email if anything has been logged onto the system.
If your child has any health issues please complete a Health Care Plan. This will then be placed on the system for you to confirm.
